Weekly or biweekly mowing, string trimming, edging along curbs and walks, blowing hard surfaces clean, and bed maintenance, set to a written schedule your property manager can hold us to.
Warm-season turf on the Grand Strand (Bermuda, Zoysia, St. Augustine, centipede) needs different cut heights and timing through the year. We set the program to the grass, not the calendar.
Every visit ends with a walk of the frontage. If something outside the scope needs attention, an irrigation head, a cracked paver, a leaning fence post, you hear about it that day.
Questions
How often do you mow commercial properties?
Weekly during the growing season (roughly April through October), biweekly or as-needed in the cooler months. The schedule is written into the agreement.
Do you handle HOA common areas and entrances?
Yes. Entrances, medians, amenity areas, retention pond edges and common-area turf are core work for us.
What happens if it rains on our service day?
We reschedule within the same week and let the property contact know. Missed visits are made up, not skipped.
