Privacy Policy
Last updated October 10, 2026. This policy explains what Ground Pro Management Group LLC ("Ground Pro", "we") collects on https://groundpromg.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you send us through the contact form or by phone and email, we use it to respond to you and run the business, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a property walkthrough or otherwise contact us, we receive what you enter: typically your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, property type and size, your current vendor situation, and anything you write in the message box. Calling or emailing us gives us the same kind of information.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future, we will update this policy.
Cookies. This site does not set cookies for tracking. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to your walkthrough request, prepare a scope, and communicate about services.
- To schedule and perform work on properties we service, including sending closeout reports to the property contact.
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax, insurance, and licensing purposes.
- To protect the website and our business from fraud and abuse.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms; the website is hosted by Cloudflare; email is handled by Google Workspace. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We do not share your information with other property owners or vendors without your permission.
How long we keep it
Walkthrough requests and correspondence are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward, typically up to seven years to match tax and insurance record requirements. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time; we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at [email protected] or 843-289-0824. We will respond within 30 days. If you are a South Carolina or other U.S. resident with rights under a state privacy law, those rights apply, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
